Nature and aim of the position

The holder of this position is responsible for the proper operation of the Lounge operation. You animate your team of agent reception and refund (6 people). You work in prospecting and developing the portfolio of our merchant partners present in the neighborhood. You manage the staging of brands in the place.

You report directly to the Lounge Manager and your main responsibility is: have control about drive to store, check if the team offer the brands every day, the control must be daily/weekly and monthly and report to the Lounge Manager any incidence.

Main duties and responsibilities:

•You are responsible for the quality of the reception of international tourists directed to our lounge

•You ensure the activity of refund in town, for Global Blue forms, in accordance with the local regulations and Group’s procedures

•you are responsible for the reliability of the refund operations by checking in particular the documents presented by the tourists (forms, identity papers ...)

Cash management and reporting

•You manage cash transactions related to transactions on a daily basis: cash orders from the group's head office, cash counting, daily.

•You propose and enforce security

Team animation

•You animate your team on a daily basis by defining the schedules (presence, absences)

•You distribute and coordinate the work in a constant effort to serve the customers better

•Motivate, encourage and energize your team

•You guarantee the good cohesion and the good level of commitment of your team

Quality of service

•You guarantee the best customer experience in the lounge according to our quality standards

•You are strong proposal to develop quality procedures adapted to the requirements of the activity of the lounge

•You sensitize your employees to the requirements of reception, of rigor in the execution of the operations of refund, of respect of the rules of conformity and of respect of the rules of security (people and goods)

Commercial animation

•You visit your customers regularly as part of the business objectives assigned to you

•You build the "customer journey" in partnership with the brands of your perimeter

Background and Education

•Holder of a bachelor's degree or master's degree in the luxury or high-end hotel sector, you benefit from commercial experience in the high-end retail sector.

•You have an excellent sense of hospitality and service.

•Autonomous, you are organized and show excellent interpersonal skills.

•You have the ability to manage teams based on respect, delegation and transmission.

•Ideally, you present an international profile.

Specific skills and competencies

English oral and written fluency is essential. Another foreign language is a plus (Mandarin, Russian, Arabic)
