Key Responsibilities- Configure and administer licenses across two gateway platforms.
- Create, deactivate, and modify terminals, ensuring accurate registration.
- Review and maintain Gateway department inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule installations with the Field Services team in accordance with contractually established SLAs.
- Follow up on customer requests, collaborating with internal teams to remove blockers and ensuring customers follow the correct process to receive support.
- Ensure timely communication and delivery of services.
- Prepare and deliver information required for customer terminal onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver customer billing support documentation.
- Responsible, proactive, and well‑organized.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented.

- Intermediate Excel skills (used daily).
