Gastroenterology Hepatologist – Burlington, MA
Join the Division of Gastroenterology at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center (LHMC) as a Hepatologist. The division is comprised of 23 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers all committed to providing compassionate, high quality, patient focused care. Providers see approximately 20,000 outpatients per year for a wide variety of GI and liver related problems including regionally recognized care in inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, nutrition, biliary tract disorders, diseases of the pancreas, colon cancer, and gastrointestinal motility disorders. Physicians also perform approximately 20,000 endoscopy procedures annually. At Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, we have one of the leading Liver Transplant Programs in the country.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients with liver disease, including pre- and post- liver transplant care.
This role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and participation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
BC/BE, Gastroenterology fellowship trained
Transplant Hepatology fellowship training is desired, but not required
Strong academic credentials
Excellent clinical skills
Collaborative and patient-centered
Strong work ethic & organizational skills
Pay Range:
$425,000.00 USD - $550,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
