About the role:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating smooth, meaningful, and memorable employee experiences. In this role, you’ll work closely with our HR team to reimagine and shape the future of onboarding and offboarding at Redcare. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to cross-functional collaboration, structured project work, and a high degree of ownership from day one.

Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Support the redesign and optimization of onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on both experience and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and support HR projects, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders across teams.
  • Work with tools such as Workday, Confluence, and Jira to document, track, and implement processes.
  • Organize and facilitate sessions, meetings, and trainings to strengthen HR processes and communication.
  • Contribute to day-to-day HR operations through administrative support and process management.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You are looking for a gap year or internship (40h/week) and are available for at least six months.
  • You have a structured and organized mindset, with strong attention to detail.
  • You enjoy working with systems like Workday, Confluence, or Jira—or are eager to learn them quickly.
  • You take ownership and are proactive in driving topics forward.
  • You’re confident in communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
