Gaming Talent Acquisition Intern - Türkiye

As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Talent Acquisition teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.

You will be working for highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high-performing Talent team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world.

• Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the Gaming TA team, focusing on Türkiye but also the rest of the team in Europe

• Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers

• Conduct pre-qualifications for some specific gaming positions

• Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS

• Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team

• Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle

• Available asap or from January for a 6 months internship

• A first experience in recruitment/HR

• Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition

• Great analytical and organisational skills

• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English. Able to engage candidates locally and collaborate seamlessly with a global team.
