How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Monitor real-time online gaming operations and activity, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted performance.
• Ensure all games function properly across platforms, including desktop and mobile environments.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate technical issues, bugs, or irregularities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate effectively with operational, technical, and marketing teams, as well as third-party providers.
• Analyze competitor offerings and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the product.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of Gaming Department processes and services.

Who you are:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Bring experience within a gaming platform or a company with a strong client service focus.
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems.
• Exhibit excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Show strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within and across teams.
