Job Description

As a Gaming Product Operations Coordinator, you will work in a dynamic and expanding team, coordinating delivery of a best-in-class Casino Products, from our offices based in Malta.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in learning about the gaming industry, who can take ownership, coordinate tasks, and keep multiple priorities moving forward.

You will join the Gaming Product Operations department, a fast-growing team responsible for coordinating a wide range of tasks and activities that support the successful day-to-day operation of our gaming products.

In this role, you will build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with both internal and external teams, including Compliance, Operational Development, Games Delivery, CRM, Design and Publishing, Operations Gaming Support, and Game Providers.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, and full training will be provided.

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with game providers through email, telephone and face-to-face communication.

  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt within a fast-growing department.
  • Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to think laterally and respond to market and technology trends.

Additional Information

  • Acting as the primary point of contact, driving improvements, coordinating game releases, and taking ownership of the regulated market of responsibility.
  • Contributing to the creation and suitability of the game’s roadmap.
  • Monitoring and reporting of financial performance.
  • Managing relationships with game providers.
  • Assisting with the delivery of projects, such as new provider integrations and regulatory market integrations.
  • Working with the Games Delivery Team to ensure games are tested in staging and live environments, in line with agreed testing scripts.
  • Completing testing where needed, to ensure the user experience is at the centre.
  • Managing the team mailbox and actioning appropriate emails in a timely manner.
  • Proactively completing competitor and country analysis, and present improvements for the regulatory market of responsibility.
  • Actively participating in the analysis and implementation of new product features while seeking to continually improve bet365 offerings within a face-paced and growing department.
