UCF Athletics - Ticket Sales and Operations
Under the direction of a progressive ticket sales and operations unit, this position assists in the generation of revenue through the sale of 50/50 raffle tickets at home football games (and select other games).
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Facilitate and process "50/50" raffle ticket sales via electronic devices at stationary and / or mobile locations at scheduled UCF Athletics home games / events
Proactively approach, engage, and invite fans to participate in Athletics' "50/50" raffle at each game / event, to include education of raffle details / rules and selling of tickets
Accurately handle transactions from raffle ticket sales.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing UCF Athletics in a positive manner as brand ambassadors, while providing exceptional service to fans.
Minimum qualifications:
High School diploma
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or speaking with groups.
Demonstrated interest in public speaking, networking and sales, as well as organizational / attention to detail and interpersonal skills also preferred.
Due to the nature/scope of Athletics and Athletics events, position requires attendance at all scheduled home games / matches, which may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time.

What We Do
UCF Athletics (UCF Athletics Association Inc.) operates the University of Central Florida’s intercollegiate sports programs (the UCF Knights). The unit manages competitive Division I athletics, event operations, sponsorship and brand marketing, and student‑athlete academic/athletic support—working to elevate the university’s visibility and student experience through sports, media, and campus events.
