Role Overview

We're looking for a Game Producer to strengthen our team working on hybrid-casual puzzle products.

In this role, your primary focus will be the growth and long-term success of existing games. You will drive product development, improve engagement and monetization, define LiveOps strategies, and coordinate efforts across development, analytics, marketing, ASO, UA, and creative teams.

At the same time, we value candidates who understand the full product lifecycle and have experience participating in the creation of games from concept and prototype stages through launch and post-release support.

We are looking for someone who combines strong product thinking, LiveOps expertise, and a deep understanding of the hybrid-casual puzzle market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and drive the long-term development of live game projects
  • Analyze game performance and identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, monetization, and overall product health
  • Develop and execute LiveOps strategies, including event calendars, seasonal content, promotions, and feature releases
  • Work closely with game designers to define, prioritize, and launch new features and systems
  • Collaborate with analytics to create hypotheses, evaluate feature performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Partner with UA, marketing, ASO, and creative teams to align product development with business goals and market opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and best practices within the hybrid-casual and puzzle genres
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient execution of product initiatives
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives and evaluate their impact on product and monetization performance
  • Contribute to the development and validation of new product initiatives when needed
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games
  • Proven experience working on hybrid-casual, casual, or puzzle games
  • Experience owning a product through multiple stages of its lifecycle: prototype, soft launch, global release, and live operations.
  • Experience supporting and growing live products after release
  • Strong understanding of monetization systems in hybrid-casual games, including ads, IAP, and hybrid monetization models
  • Experience designing, planning, or operating LiveOps systems and event calendars
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, player behavior, retention, engagement, and monetization drivers
  • Experience working with analytical tools and making data-driven product decisions
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization skills
Working at Tripledot
  • Impact: As part of the leadership team, you'll shape product vision and strategy, driving decisions that influence the company's growth
  • Collaboration: We foster a culture where strong opinions are welcomed, ideas are challenged constructively, and the best solutions win
  • Data-driven culture: We base product decisions on metrics and insights, not opinions
  • And of course, the essentials: Official employment or B2B contract, health insurance, and partial reimbursement for your gym membership

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in product analysis within mobile gaming
  • Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Redash, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Define in-game data tracking requirements for new features
  • Conduct a full cycle of A/B testing
  • Ability to describe complex things intelligently and simply
  • Initiative and independence
  • Strong business mindset focused on growth, profitability, and product performance impact
