Game Producer (AI Games)

We work across a global team, building production-ready games and scaling them through LiveOps. Our focus is simple: increase the number of high-quality bets and turn them into scalable products.

Our team is already working across established franchises such as Fruit Ninja and Wordscapes, contributing to both development and growth initiatives.

You’ll be part of a team building a new way of developing and scaling games — combining strong product thinking with AI-driven production.

You will own execution and delivery across multiple game initiatives, ensuring we move fast without losing quality.

• Drive end-to-end execution across development and LiveOps
• Ensure games are delivered on time, production-ready, and scalable
• Manage cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, art, QA)
• Remove blockers quickly and keep teams aligned and focused
• Establish and maintain a fast, reliable release cadence
• Coordinate LiveOps planning and execution
• Balance speed and quality — enabling rapid iteration without breakdowns

• You’ve worked as a Producer on mobile games (casual or hybrid casual)
• Strong experience in LiveOps environments with frequent releases
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• You are highly organized, but not process-heavy
• You move quickly, make decisions, and keep teams moving
• You’re comfortable operating in environments with incomplete information
• You take ownership — you don’t wait for direction
• You care about outcomes, not process
