Join the LEGO GAME team as our next Marketing Manager and take the lead in crafting impactful, dynamic marketing campaigns across our diverse portfolio of games. In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment in all Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Core Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Planning: Drive campaign planning across our game portfolio, ensuring overview and visibility for the GAME team and wider organization 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external teams to help develop integrated marketing communication plans. 

  • Product Marketing: Support and drive product marketing for a variety of our games, ensuring they stand out in a crowded market. 

  • Campaign Activation: Support or drive campaigns through collaborations with agencies, internal teams, and partners, ensuring every campaign is innovative, exciting, and effective. 

  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain processes that streamline marketing operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. 

  • Partner Management: Build strong relationships with key partners across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment on marketing initiatives and performance metrics. 

  • Data-Driven: Leverage insights and analytics to informed decisions around your work

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of fostering alignment and collaboration across the organization—bridging game campaigns with the larger LEGO ecosystem, and ensuring your work connects people, projects, and campaigns seamlessly.  

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Validated Experience: in campaign planning or management within digital products, preferably in the gaming industry. 

  • Integrated Marketing: Experience in collaborating across company ecosystems to develop and complete integrated marketing programs or campaigns. 

  • Product Marketing: Experience in driving product marketing initiatives, with an understanding of positioning, messaging, and launch strategies in competitive markets. 

  • Collaborative Spirit: Natural ability to build strong relationships and thrive in a cross-functional, matrixed organization. Experience in driving transformation across multiple partners and projects is advantageous. 

  • Operational Thinking: Ability to establish and maintain streamlined processes that enhance marketing operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing plans, materials and campaigns. 

  • Candidates with prior experience in children's or young adult digital products, a calm and focused approach in dynamic situations, familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, a strong sense of mission, self-motivation, experience in agile teams, and excellent interpersonal skills will be preferred.  

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
