You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Striving to create and operate an exceptionally successful business.
  • Leading a talented game team, fostering a strong and positive team culture and acting as a direct manager for other Product Managers on the game.

  • Driving product vision and maximising business potential by adapting to market trends and acting as the main Product expert in the team with hands-on product management responsibilities.
  • Owning and executing the strategy by guiding the team in designing an optimal feature roadmap.
  • Providing clear updates on objectives and sharing key learnings with studio and company leadership, contributing to Rovio’s overall success.
  • Aiming to release a successful title, setting a benchmark for quality and innovation.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated strong, inspiring leadership and team-building skills while maintaining humility.
  • Extensive experience launching and scaling multiple mobile games (if those were in sports and action genre, it’s a big plus)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current mobile games business, including production, design, Live Ops, UA, and related areas.
  • Deep insight into player behavior, spender dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to dive into data and drive data driven decisions for the game.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering clear and effective collaboration.
  • A genuine passion for games as both a business and an entertainment medium.
