Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, extend, and maintain core gameplay systems using C++, targeting mobile platforms.
- Work with C++-based engines to deliver performant, scalable features.
- Analyze and patch legacy systems across different codebases and platforms (iOS and Android).
- Architect reusable and modular solutions that integrate seamlessly into live game environments.
- Integrate third-party SDKs (analytics, ads, monetization) into native code or engine layers.
- Collaborate with QA, LiveOps, and Product teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Set up and maintain automated build pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable code following consistent coding standards and best practices.
- Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in game development, with a focus on C++.
- Deep understanding of real-time performance optimization, memory management, and threading.
- Proficient with C++-based engines
- Experience working across legacy codebases and integrating platform-specific features.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, architectural patterns, and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with native mobile development environments (Android Studio, Xcode).
- Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Willingness to learn new languages and different engines
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with native SDK wrappers (Android NDK, iOS frameworks).
- Familiarity with Python, Java, Objective-C, or C# as complementary languages.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and scripting (e.g., Fastlane, Jenkins).
