Job DescriptionAs a Game Designer at Ubisoft Montréal, you will work across a range of game systems and mechanics. You’ll help create experiences where player choices matter. Throughout production, you’ll adjust and balance your designs while considering both the details and the overall player experience.
What you’ll do
- Design game mechanics and systems aligned with the game’s design and creative direction
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate your assigned features
- Build prototypes in Unreal Engine and assess their performance
- Adapt your designs to technical and production constraints
- Find solutions to issues affecting game features
- Create and maintain design documentation for collaborating teams
- Refine features through testing, adjustment, and balancing
