Wargaming Prague is looking for a Game Designer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our games. This role is perfect for someone passionate about game development, capable of conceptualizing and prototyping ideas, and experienced in working with complex game design systems. You will take ownership of features, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring engaging and immersive gameplay experiences.
What will you do?- Generate and develop innovative game concepts and mechanics.
- Prototype ideas using scripting and UX tools to validate concepts.
- Own features from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Lead and create documentation (Pitch, Concept, GDD, Jira backlog).
- Work with complex design systems, ensuring smooth integration of features.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (developers, artists, UX, producers).
- Contribute to LiveOps development, balancing and refining features based on player feedback and data.
- 2+ years of experience in game design.
- Strong knowledge of game development processes and industry trends.
- Ability to own and deliver features from concept to live release.
- Experience in system design, combat design, or economy design.
- Ability to think analytically and create engaging game mechanics.
- Passion for games and player experiences.
- Experience working on LiveOps games.
- Familiarity with World of Tanks (WoT).
- Knowledge of scripting and prototyping tools.
