• Collaborate with product development teams to understand insights and prioritize analysis needs.
• Acquire, clean, and maintain data from various sources.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations for reporting.
• Analyze Jira data to identify bottlenecks in the production process.
• Assess game balance, player behavior, and game performance, providing improvement suggestions.
• Deliver regular reports: monthly KPI updates, quarterly data analysis, and semester player insights.

Experience:

• Working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst is a plus. 
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.  

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. 
• Familiar with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (ETL frameworks, etc.). 
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Python, Excel, SPSS, Stata, etc.). 
• Knowledge of Jira (Data, Dashboards, JQL queries). 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. 
• Knowledge in project management is a plus. 
• Business Intelligence tools as Metabase or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

• Work location: 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
