Game Artist

• Job Location : Commerzone IT Tech Park, Yerwada - Pune.

• Required Experience:  3 - 6 Years

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Core Artist with 4–5 years of professional experience in the Slot/iGaming industry to join our slot creation team. The Core Artist will be responsible for delivering visually striking game art while ensuring high quality, consistency, and player engagement. This role demands a balance of creativity, technical know-how, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
GAME ASSET CREATION
• Design and develop high-quality 2D assets, including symbols, icons, characters, environments, and UI elements for slot games.
• Create polished visual concepts that align with the overall art style and game theme.
• Ensure art assets are optimized for multiple platforms and screen resolutions.

ANIMATION 2D
• Create appealing 2D animations and effects using Spine 2D and Adobe After Effects.
• Work on transitions, win celebrations, and UI animations that enhance player experience.
• Support technical integration of animations into the production pipeline.

COLLABORATION & INTEGRATION
• Work closely with developers, technical artists, and game designers to ensure seamless integration of art into the game engine.
• Troubleshoot and resolve art-related issues during development and QA phases.
• Provide feedback and support to junior artists and peers when needed.

CREATIVE DIRECTION & QUALITY CONTROL
• Uphold visual quality standards across all art assets.
• Maintain consistency in color, style, and branding across multiple slot titles.
• Contribute creative ideas for new slot game themes, symbols, and visual storytelling.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–6 years of professional experience in the Slot/iGaming industry as a Game Artist or Core Artist.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Proficiency in Spine 2D for animations.
• Solid understanding of game art pipelines, optimization, and formats (PNG, PSD, JSON, sprite sheets, etc.).
• Strong sense of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

GOOD TO HAVE (OPTIONAL)
• Experience in concept art or illustration for slot/casino games.
• Familiarity with VFX creation and particle systems.
• Prior 3D assets creation experience.
