About the Hiring TeamLightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

What the Role Entails

1. Track domestic and international cutting-edge developments in AI generative models and intelligent agents (AI Agents), conduct market research and trend analysis on AIGC technologies, products, and applications.
2. Assist product managers in driving the application of AIGC technologies in gaming, combining insights into gaming business and evaluations of LLM/Agent model capabilities to formulate technical implementation plans.
3. Design innovative solutions integrating gameplay with AI agents, coordinate resources to ensure high-quality project delivery.
4. Develop data and technical standards for AIGC/AI Agent-related gaming products, design scenario-based application solutions, and operational demonstration plans.
5. Explore deep integration of AI agents into gaming scenarios (e.g., NPC interactions, procedural content generation, dynamic narratives), and optimize synergies between technical capabilities and user experience.
 

Who We Look For

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
2. Passion for the gaming and internet industries; familiarity with AI agent principles and frameworks; prior experience in technical prototyping or scenario-based implementation is a plus.
3. Basic understanding of development, testing, and operational workflows; strong product mindset and analytical skills.
4. Exceptional creativity and systematic design ability, capable of independently drafting requirements documentation and coordinating cross-team communication.

Bonus points：

1. AI Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of AI fundamentals and mainstream algorithms, with deep expertise in at least one AI domain (e.g., generative models, reinforcement learning) and its practical limitations.
2. AI Agent Expertise: Hands-on experience researching AI agent technologies, familiarity with mainstream frameworks, and awareness of deployment challenges.
3. Gaming AI Experience: Prior work applying AI in gaming contexts (e.g., smart NPCs, dynamic environment generation, player behavior prediction).
