Your Role:
As a Gallery Advisor, you will be the Ambassador of Iris Galerie, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor while driving the success of the gallery. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall gallery performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our experience and providing recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Welcome visitors warmly & Assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences.
Gallery Operations
- Manage gallery tools for photo shoots and editing during customer visits
- Maintain gallery cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep of stock and displays.
- Handle administrative tasks, including package receipt, and reporting.
- Follow processes for opening, closing, and overall gallery security.
- Stay updated on Iris Galerie’s product features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance expertise.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for improved operations.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
Your Profile:
We’re seeking a passionate individual with a keen interest in retail and a drive for excellence.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales consultant in a retail or customer-focused environment.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills & Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting goals.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with office automation tools (Mac & PC).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
