What you will do in this role 🧐

As a Gainsight Admin at Sendcloud, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving CSM processes. You will be configuring the system, building automation and creating dashboards to support the business. Your expertise in Gainsight will enable the CSM team to run smooth operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech startup and make a significant impact on our CSM operations.

Your responsibilities 

• You are responsible for managing and configuring our Gainsight environment. 
• You will be part of the Systems team within the CS department, working alongside specialists in other tools. Key stakeholders will include the CSM and Ops teams. 
• You will be creating processes for CSM and developing automations and building dashboards to support the CSM team. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the system to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple departments and leaders to create new processes and drive process improvements
• Liaise between the CSM and Operations departments to tightly align business objectives
• Adaptability to assist with maintenance and support for other systems managed by the team, such as Zendesk, when needed.

• You have an analytical mindset and you like to dig into data 
• You have at least 2 years of experience as Gainsight admin 
• You have a deep understanding of CSM processes
• You’re an excellent communicator – you have experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments 
• Plus:
• You have worked in a SaaS business before
• Familiarity with other systems such as Zendesk
• Being able to query a database using SQL. 
• Familiarity with e-commerce and logistics industry
