GAIN Customer Education & Training Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, driven GAIN Customer Education and Training Manager to join our Aesthetics team to lead all aspects of our customer education and training strategy and execution including strategic content creation, educational and training events, digital education platforms and programs while establishing strong programs for our Key though leader development and brand advocacy. This role collaborates strongly with medical affairs, marketing and sales to drive brand advocacy for the Galderma injectables portfolio, state-of-the-art scientific exchange and strong industry relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop and execute education, training and KTL strategies aligned with key brand and business objectives.
  • Develop Training Programs & Content: Design and execute comprehensive education and training programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) on injectable products, techniques, and innovation. Collaborate with KOLs to create impactful medical education content that drives brand messaging and supports key strategic objectives.
  • Product Expertise and Support: Provide expert knowledge on injectables, including the latest advancements, techniques, and safety protocols. Stay up-to-date with new developments in the aesthetics industry and injectables, ensuring that training materials reflect the latest scientific and clinical data. All in strong collaboration with medical affairs.
  • KOL Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop and manage KTL strategies, advocacy and development programs while building strong relationships across the industry. Identify and nurture brand advocates among HCPs to enhance product loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion. Manage GAIN faculty for Canada.
  • Events, Projects & Programs: Drive planning and execution educational event plan across the country in collaboration with sales team and other cross-functional partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with HCPs, understanding their training needs and providing tailored support.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation through all education touchpoints by identifying newest tools, techniques, best practices including digitalization and automation of training offering with focus on customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration with medical affairs, marketing and sales to align on strategy and cross-functional execution of education and training programs.
  • Reporting: Establish and track KPIs across department, capture data and insights to optimize educational offering and in alignment with evolving customer and market needs.
  • Budget & vendor management: manage budget for department, agencies and all external partners.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, focus on life sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical education, training or equivalent roles is required. Previous aesthetics experience an asset.
  • Experience and proven track record in external customer facing activities including leading and conducting of advisory boards, organizing and conducting educational and training events.
  • Knowledge of national regulations of medical device, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and as a member or leader of a team.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop good relationships and credibility with medical professionals.
  • Experience within a corporate setting and an understanding of the relationship between marketing/brand teams and medical/regulatory affairs teams.
