総務部門の事務・庶務担当として、職場の価値向上およびAstroscaleにおける従業員体験の
向上に取り組むとともに、安全な環境の確保を担う。
＜職務内容／役割・責任＞
• オフィス内で使用される事務消耗品の発注（ソロエルアリーナ・アマゾン）および在庫管理
• オフィス内で提供されるドリンクサービスの管理、ベンダーによる補充サービス時の受付対応
• 郵便・宅配便の受付対応
• 外線電話の受電対応
• ファシリティマネジメントにかかる事務サポート、ビル管理会社との連絡窓口
• 契約サービス会社によるオフィス清掃業務の管理
• オフィス内に設置されている備品の管理
• オフィス内来客エリア・セキュリティエリアの施錠管理（18時閉館）
• 防火防災日常点検
• オフィスセキュリティカードの現物管理
• 総務部門で契約する各種経費にかかる事務（事前申請～請求書受領）
• その他、総務・庶務関連のサポート業務
<必須条件>
・事業会社での１年以上の実務経験および業務上でのPC操作実務経験
・指定された要件、ガイドライン、手順、指示に従った業務遂行力
・業務遂行の正確性を十分に注意するための自己点検能力
・日本語ネイティブレベル、 英語ビジネスレベル以上（外国籍社員との口頭でのコミュニケーション可能なレベル）

・総務部門での就業経験
Skills Required
- At least one year of practical work experience at a business company
- Practical experience using a PC for work
- Ability to perform work according to specified requirements, guidelines, procedures, and instructions
- Ability to self-check work carefully for accuracy
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level or higher English proficiency, including verbal communication with foreign employees
- Work experience in a general affairs department
