収納Gのマネージャーとして以下の業務に責任を持ちます。
・収納Gのチーム運営
・収納業務の管理
・収納業務における事務企画・業務改善
・収納業務における顧客体験向上
・収納ベンダーとの契約等の管理
スキルと経験 (必須):
生命保険会社における保全業務の実務経験
収納業務に対する理解
収納業務に関する企画、運営、業務設計の実務経験
10名以上のチームマネジメント経験(マネージャーの場合)
業務プロセス改善の経験
部門横断での調整を円滑に進められる高いコミュニケーション能力
基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint など)
スキルと経験 (有れば尚可):.
業務マニュアル整備・教育体制構築に関する経験
業務システム刷新・改善・導入など、プロジェクト推進経験
その他・望ましい人物像
チームを率い、組織運営に主体的に取り組めるリーダーシップを持つ方
メンバーの育成・フォローアップに熱心な、ピープルマネジメント志向の強い方
品質・正確性・スピードのバランスを重視し、顧客視点で最適なオペレーションを構築できる方
