Join us as a FX Prime Brokerage Client Services Associate
- Sitting within our Prime Brokerage Client Service team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients
- You’ll act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts
- This is a fast-paced front office role, in which you'll be providing proactive and high quality client service and customer experience, with a big focus on personal and professional development
What you’ll do
In your new role, you’ll be accountable for front to back coverage for allocated Prime Brokerage clients, leading client integration and managing all daily transactional activity, including booking, monitoring for exceptions and matching. In addition, you’ll be monitoring client limit utilisation and increases where necessary.
We’ll also look to you to:
- Escalate high risk issues that will negatively impact client relationship or potential bank risk
- Regularly review client processes and structures, providing regular updates to sales and management on potential issues, efficiencies, and changes
- Coordinate the onboarding processes across our Legal, Credit, Collateral, Sales and Product
The skills you’ll need
We’re looking for someone with high analytical and numerate skills and experience in a finance or banking environment. This role is open to candidates with relevant experience; however, we also welcome individuals who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, learning agility, initiative, and the potential to succeed and grow within the role.
You’ll also need:
- A good understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla options and exotic options
- Previous experience working in a client facing role or financial services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to promote a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Solid planning and organisational skills
The expected base annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
