As an E MEA Deliveries Specialist - Senior Associate within F&O team, you will play a vital role in managing expiry positions and addressing client queries with precision and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include driving automation and process improvements to ensure efficient and risk-managed settlements. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality client experiences and contribute to the firm's success globally. This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse derivative products across major European exchanges, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the market. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will help shape the future of clearing services at J.P. Morgan, while growing professionally in an environment that values empathy, trust, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
  • Manage expiry positions and address client queries promptly.
  • Execute high-value, time-sensitive settlements with risk management.
  • Review and update operational procedures using client and operations data.
  • Initiate and participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Engage effectively with project work, managing stakeholders and driving change.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to deliver solutions.
  • Identify and improve process inefficiencies for better capacity and control.
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
  • Focus on client care and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet time-critical deadlines with strong time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and interest in process automation.
