  • Facilitate incident investigation and ensure corrective actions are implemented to avoid recurrence
     
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in futures operations or exchange‑traded derivatives, along with a solid understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Familiarity with industry systems such as ION and other trade support/back office platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently while coordinating across regional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a more junior‑level role.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., JSDA qualifications) would be an advantage.
