About Redwood Materials
Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 to create a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy products, making them more sustainable and driving down the cost for batteries. We’re doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain.
Redwood is creating a closed-loop battery supply chain in South Carolina, where we will produce 100 GWh of cathode and anode components per year – enough to power more than one million EVs. Our site, located at Camp Hall Commerce Park in Ridgeville, SC, is in a strong manufacturing region with immense growth potential to meet future demand. We plan on hiring 1,500 people in the coming years across multiple disciplines, including engineering, building infrastructure, operations, G&A and more. The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
