Dentons Business Services EMEA (DBSE) is located in Śródmieście (Hala Mirowska vicinity) and is dedicated to supporting over 2000 lawyers across Europe and UK & Middle East (UKME). Areas we typically recruit for in Europe region

Revenue Management (French, German, Russian, Italian or Dutch language speakers)

• Billing: Delivery of day-to-day billing services to the European Partners (including invoice delivery to the Client), Support local offices in all billing related questions and issues;
• Cash Collection: Monitoring Partner’s AR to support achieving their targeted budget, preparation of AR statements, contact with Clients via email and phone, cash application;
• Data Maintenance: Timekeeper Maintenance (data management and updates), maintenance of Partners credits, Client and Matter maintenance in Elite, data quality checks;
• Time Recording: Monitoring of missing time, reporting to Office Managing Partners and Partners, verification and chasing of Timekeepers for unrecorded and unreleased time
• Reporting: Reporting on WIP, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, supporting external audit, KPI reporting & campaigns (motivating & goal oriented reporting), automations.
• Accounts Payable: Invoice and expense processing, payments, vendor master data maintanance;

General Ledger: Intercompany reconcillation, bank statements management, VAT reporting;

Business Analysis: Consolidating management accounts, performance analytics, covering business insight, budgeting and forecasting, implementation Power BI;

Finance Systems: Ensuring day-to-day running, maintenance, support and development of Dentons Europe financial systems, managing and maintaining SQL jobs, data presentation using SSRS, BI visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPivot), or Excel;

Procurement: Mapping out suppliers across Europe and identify potential synergies in the procurement of products and services;

Treasury: Short term cash management, intra-group funding, external funding and projects in Treasury area;

Financial Consolidation & Audit: Cooperation with external auditors, creation of financial statements, drafting reporting policies & guidelines;

Tax: Manage tax risks and identify tax opportunities.

Areas we typically recruit for in UKME region

Revenue Control: Processing of invoices, Assisting revenue controlers in London, proformas and draft generations;

Accounts Payable: Invoice processing, cash applications, direct debits, invoice and expence payments;

Client Reporting: Timely and accurate reporting for internal and external clients, automation and elimination of inneficiences;

Finance Systems and Innovation: Developing online reporting platform, generating data and reporting, implementing BI tool, solving daily issues of finance system tool (Elite).
