Future Offering Manager

Location: Middleton, WI
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

At Fiskars Group, we’ve spent over 375 years creating timeless, purposeful designs that make daily life better. From the iconic orange-handled scissors to beautifully crafted tools that bring joy to the everyday — our products are built to last, and so is our commitment to innovation.

Now, we’re looking for a Future Offering Manager to help shape the next chapter of our story.

About the Role

As a Future Offering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the global development and lifecycle management of a defined product portfolio. You’ll drive innovation, champion the consumer perspective, and bring new ideas to life — from concept to launch.

This role is all about turning insights into action, ensuring our offerings not only meet but anticipate consumer needs. You’ll collaborate with talented teams across design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring world-class products to market and position Fiskars as a leader in key categories.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Innovation: Develop and manage a global product portfolio that drives profitable growth and reinforces our brand’s market leadership.

  • Create Strategy: Define and execute product strategies aligned with Fiskars’ long-term business objectives.

  • Bring Ideas to Life: Translate consumer insights into meaningful products that inspire and empower.

  • Plan the Future: Build and maintain a 3–5 year product roadmap — guiding vision, priorities, and launch timelines.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across design, engineering, and marketing to ensure smooth execution from concept through commercialization.

  • Drive Performance: Manage portfolio financials, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle decisions to optimize growth and profitability.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–10 years of experience in product or category management, new product development, or consumer insights (consumer goods industry preferred).

  • A passion for understanding consumers and turning insights into commercial success.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence within a global matrix environment.

  • Excellent communication skills — clear, collaborative, and consumer-centric.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Who You Are

You’re curious, collaborative, and driven by the desire to make things better — for the consumer, for the team, and for the business. You think strategically, act decisively, and inspire trust through your authenticity.

At Fiskars Group, we value creativity, integrity, and teamwork. We believe growth happens when we collaborate, accelerate, and execute — together.
