We are currently searching for a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementations, development projects, and Interfaces & Integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Manage large-scale Support Engagements (AMS) with oversight of teams exceeding 20+ members.
• Resolve technical impediments, perform risk planning, and streamline operational processes.
• Drive test metrics and dashboards, providing best practices and testing processes tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to plan release schedules and manage release cycles.
• Lead weekly and monthly governance calls with the customer to ensure alignment and service quality.
• Manage stringent SLAs and maintain high performance across diverse global regions and time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, ORC, Talent, Absence, etc.).
• Deep expertise in Fusion Cloud SaaS applications and Oracle methodologies (UAM/TCM).
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customers across different regions
• Proven track record in AMS Management for large, complex environments.

Languages

• English (Mandatory - Professional working proficiency).
• Native Spanish.
