Fundraising Lead
Overview:
The Fundraising Lead will play a key role in developing and executing fundraising initiatives to support the organization’s mission. This individual will collaborate with elected officers, board members, and volunteers to drive donor engagement, organize fundraising events, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
Organize and oversee fundraising campaigns, online campaigns, and grant applications.
Coordinate with Events Lead on fundraising events.
Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsors, and individual donors.
Manage donor appreciation efforts, including thank-you letters and impact reports.
Work with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives.
Maintain records of donations, pledges, and fundraising activities.
