Overview
Funding managers generate fund requests and send them to our clients based on the bills that have been processed. Funding Managers are responsible for receiving approval in order for Conservice to pay bills on the client’s behalf. Funding deals with client funds, so great care and attention to detail is required to ensure accurate and timely requests. Funding is a client-facing team which requires communicating in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
As a Funding Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Generating Funds requests and checking them for accuracy before sending to clients
- Obtaining client approval prior to authorizing Conservice to pull funds
- Answering any internal and external communication in a professional manner
- Ensuring overall client satisfaction

- Committed to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software
- Able to independently make decisions to resolve issues
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated to find the root of problems and resolve client issues

Education & Experience
- + 6 Months Conservice experience preferred
- Any accounting/general ledger experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs/Sheets
