About the Role
As a Funding Data Governance & Analytics Lead, you will manage end-to-end data processes within the funding function, ensuring strong data governance, consistent data definitions, and reliable analytics to support strategic decision-making. The role acts as a bridge between business, finance, risk, and data teams to ensure data integrity and usability across all funding-related activities.
What will you do
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end business processes across the funding and superlender business flow.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, including data ownership, access control, and data quality standards.
- Ensure a single source of truth across all funding and lender-related reporting.
- Define and maintain data definitions, data dictionary, and business rules for all funding-related metrics
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis on funding performance, lender portfolio, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data sources, harmonize reporting, and enhance internal management information flows.
What you will need
- Strong experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools (experience with large-scale data platforms is a plus)
- Solid understanding of financial/funding concepts (lending, cost of funds, portfolio monitoring)
- Experience in data governance, data quality frameworks, or process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
