About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the most respected industries. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books and records and calculating Net Asset Values.
Prepare financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics.
Calculate carried interest/performance fees.
Record trade and non-trade transactions in custody and accounting systems.
Liaise with other Citco groups and/or external parties for information and documents.
Perform cash and position reconciliations.
Monitor and analyze portfolio pricing.
Calculate and book fee accruals.
Prepare NAV packages and financial statements.
Prepare ad hoc reporting in line with client and internal requirements.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding Service Level Agreements
Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable best practice policies & client-specific agreements.
Work with clients and other Citco Offices and Fund Accountants to resolve issues.
Perform other tasks as required by Seniors, Supervisors and/or Managers.
Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or management.
You have relevant professional designation is an advantage (CPA, CFA, CMA).
You have experience (at least 4+ years) in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/or knowledge of private equity or hedge fund industry is a plus.
Team player who can manage individual responsibilities.
Supervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 2+ years
You are proficient in MS Excel is an advantage.
You are highly organized and detail oriented.
You are proactive, team-oriented and results-driven.
You have good interpersonal and client service skills.
Amenable to working in our Alabang (Filinvest 2 Bldg., Northgate Cyber Zone, Filinvest City, Alabang Muntinlupa City)
Amenable to working under Hybrid work arrangements (3 days working onsite per week)
Amenable to working on shifting schedules (AM and Mid shift)
