Anderson Global’s UK Group consists of FCA regulated business operating to provide a range of investment services to its clients, including fund management, custody and fund administration.

Reporting to the Head of Fund Administration, the Fund Services Associate will play a key role within the team, providing end-to-end administration of the investment process, including investor onboarding, transaction processing, reconiliations, investment administration and handling client queries. The role is varied and successful candidates will be highly organised, methodical and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, as well as being able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Principal Responsibilities

Onboarding and Investment Administration

·        Process investor applications, completing AML/KYC checks in line with internal procedures.

·        Maintain accurate investor and investment records within fund administration systems, that would also allow for prompt calculations of applicable invoices.

·        Prepare and file investment documentation, including agreements and supporting records.

Client money and asset reconciliation

·        Monitor receipt and allocation of investor funds.

·        Maintain accurate client asset registers.

·        Perform daily client money and asset reconciliations.

·        Investigate reconciliation differences and escalate where necessary.

·        Assist with CASS reporting and compliance activities.

 

Client and Investor relations

·        Respond to routine email and telephone enquiries from investors, financial advisers and fund managers.

·        Produce ah-hoc and scheduled investor statements and standard client reports.

·        Issue investor and adviser communications and liaise with colleagues and fund managers throughout, as required.

·        Support users of the Investor Portal and promote the use of it, where appropriate.

·        Escalate complex queries or complaints, where appropriate.

Systems and Projects

·        Assist with routine system testing, as well as data cleansing and data reconciliations.

·        Provide feedback to support future system developments and assist the wider team in making process improvements.

·        Contribute to or manage ad-hoc projects as required.



RequirementsSkills and Qualifications

·        1–3 years' experience in fund administration, investment operations or financial services administration.

·        Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

·        Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritise and manage high volume workload, within strict deadlines.

·        Professional, reliable and client-focused approach.

·        Knowledge of UK investment products, AML/KYC or FCA-regulated environments would be advantageous.
