As a Fund Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the operational infrastructure of PIMCO’s investment funds, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of delivery across fund reporting and processes.
You will work cross-functionally to manage fund-related activities, support reporting and reconciliations, and help improve operational processes through the use of data, technology, and automation.
Responsibilities
Support fund operations processes including reporting, reconciliations, and data validation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
Optimize and automate fund reporting using data and technology tools
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. portfolio management, client servicing, and technology) to ensure accurate delivery of fund data
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or queries related to fund operations
Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum 2:1 from an accredited university
Strong proficiency in English
Demonstrated interest in financial markets, asset management, and fund operations
