We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fund Administration team at Mercer. This role will be based in our Wellington office on a fixed-term contract until 30 November 2026.

As a Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of administration services to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional client service.

We will count on you to:

• Oversee the delivery of administration services to clients and resolve queries from clients and internal teams.

• Prepare regular client reports and provide input into client projects.

• Demonstrate high energy and a desire to deliver exceptional service to clients.

• Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Show initiative in decision-making and contribute towards continuous improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

What you need to have:

• Previous experience in customer service and administration.

• Strong client focus with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.

• Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisation and planning skills.
