Job Title: Fund Accountant, Singapore Desk
Location: Dalian

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for Fund Accountant to join an inclusive and welcoming team in Dalian. The job offers a favorable salary and benefits package, including medical insurance.

Job specification

• Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries and cash reconciliation for Fund and SPV investment structures, holding companies and management corporations.

• Perform a prepare role over management accounts, financial reports, cash reports and investors reports.

• Assist in preparation of drawdown, equalisation and distribution calculations and notices in accordance with the Fund documentation

• Prepare and process payments in accordance with internal police

• Follow up with the payment team to ensure all payments are settled in a timely manner

• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required

• Strong communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• A team player, able to work with people of all levels

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines

• Can-do attitude
