Job Title: Fund Accountant, Japan Desk

Location: Dalian

Description

The Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Fund Accountant for Japan Desk to join an inclusive and welcoming team in Shanghai. The job offers a favorable salary and benefits package, including the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements.

Job specification

  • Maintaining the Fund’s accounts in accordance with relevant GAAP including periodic reconciliations; 根据相关公认会计原则维护基金账户,包括定期对账

  • Annual preparation of Financial Statements incl. relevant GAAP Notes编制财务报表的年度,包括相关的公认会计原则注释

  • Support Manager on team management including training junior staffs, review during daily operating and process improvement. 协助经理进行团队管理,包括新人培训,日常复核以及流程梳理及改善。

  • Support Manager in communication with client 协助经理与客户之间进行沟通

  • Coordinate with Tax advisor for Tax prepare and filing.; 与税务顾问协调进行税务准备和归档

  • Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires. 

Skills Required:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in accounting and fund administration, knowledge in JGAAP preferred; 1-3年以上会计及基金管理经验,熟悉JGAAP者优先

  • Excellent Japanese speaking & reading is a must. Good English reading; 优秀的日语听说读写能力(必须), 良好的英语阅读能力

  • Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill;自我驱动,注重细节,责任心强,沟通能力强

  • Skilled in Excel; 精通Excel

  • CPA/ACCA participator is a plus. 优先考虑CPA/ACCA 学习者
