Functional Test Analyst

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Work as part of a scrum team (6-12 members) within the pensions business.
• Partner with developers and business analysts to review requirements and designs.
• Design and execute test coverage, and document testing.
• Write and manage tests in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Raise and manage defects through to resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and end users.
• Balance individual and collective responsibilities within the scrum team.
• Receive support from a development lead and a senior tester for process execution and skill development.

What we are looking for:

• It is essential that you are eligible for SC clearance
• Familiarity with agile and scrum practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and its test plans component.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role
• Pensions experience is ideal but not essential; financial services experience is beneficial.
