Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking for a Functional Odoo Consultant who will be responsible for assisting businesses in implementing the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in understanding clients' needs, configuring the Odoo system to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other departments to understand client's business processes, requirements, and objectives.

- Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify how Odoo can address specific business challenges.

- Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to align with clients' business processes and requirements.

- Develop and implement modules, workflows, and custom applications as needed.

- Assist in data migration from existing systems to Odoo.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

- Create training materials and documentation.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and databases to streamline data flow and improve business operations.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify system issues or errors.

- Ensure the system performs as expected and meets client requirements.

- Address system-related issues, implement updates, and assist with system enhancements.

- Maintain detailed records of configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.

- Create user manuals and system documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system.

- Strong knowledge of Odoo's functional modules (e.g., CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing).

- Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
