Job Description:
Ensure that the foundational business data master data (customers, materials, pricing, commercial conditions and transportation rates) is accurate, consistent, complete, and reliable across the entire organization and all its systems. This role maintains close working relationships with key data owner functions to drive ongoing data integrity and manage issues related to enterprise Master Data with active participation in the business projects and keeping the governance in all master data processes.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Ensure timely and accurate completion of creation and maintenance of customers, materials, pricing, commercial conditions and transportation rates with the agreed SLA for each process.
Attend the tickets raised providing problem resolution support, close them with the agreed SLA.
Active participation in the business projects to deliver the requested information in time and form
Periodical update of the stakeholders of the areas involved in the workflows to create and update the data.
Attend to periodical Governance requirements.
Educate partners on downstream impacts of inaccurate data to influence accountability.
Validate the information to create and update master data to ensure master data governance.
Keep the quality in the data with the periodical monitoring and Support of the data quality tool, follow global data quality standards and report the compliance.
Continuous cleansing of the master data with the business rules agreed with the areas involved
