Position Summary
CVS Health Rebates Transform team is looking for a Functional Design Lead to assist the team with liaison support between business and IT development teams. The potential candidate will ensure that the functional details of capabilities being worked are addressed in a timely manner so that development can progress as planned. They will also collaborate with business and stakeholders as required to resolve impediments and work with necessary internal and external parties to determine accurate requirements for the development team.
Required Qualifications
3- 5 years of project management/business analysis experience in technology initiatives
3+ years of experience with coordinating requirements/stories
3+ years of experience developing status reporting materials
Experience with understanding Scrum process and deliverables
Ability to collaborate with other teams/team members in order to solve problems
Ability to work with stakeholders to define the value of the work assigned to the tech team
Ability to provide timely demos to leadership
Ability to create processes as needed to improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft products, Rally, Clarity, Miro

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
