About the Job:
As a Functional Consultant at Zone & Co, you’ll play a crucial role in gathering client requirements and translating them into functional solutions that meet their business needs. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to design and implement tailored solutions, provide product demonstrations, and ensure smooth implementation through training and support. In addition to troubleshooting and quality assurance, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends and participate in pre-sales activities, all while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our company values.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer business requirements to create functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance to confirm solutions are error-free and meet client expectations.
- Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as required.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise in the domain.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and meet project milestones.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations for internal and client reference.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a functional consulting role, ideally within the fintech industry.
- Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, or other business applications).
- Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
- Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
