Associate Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

You'll be involved in every stage of an implementation, working alongside experienced consultants who will guide you as you grow.

· Understanding the business. You'll work with senior consultants to understand client needs, help design the solution, and write functional specifications for any gaps in standard D365 F&O. You'll also help run solution walkthroughs and guide clients through UAT, from preparing test cases to resolving issues.

· Shaping the solution. You'll get hands-on with the system, setting up modules like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales. Where a client needs something beyond standard functionality, you'll help write the functional design and stay close to the developers so the final build matches what the business asked for.

· Getting the data right. Moving a company's data into a new system matters a great deal to the client. You'll help prepare templates, clean up and validate their data, load it through the Data Management Framework, and reconcile it so the numbers tie out.

· Making sure it all works. Before anything goes live, you'll write test scenarios, run through processes end to end, and log and follow up on issues until they're resolved. During UAT, you'll work directly with client users, answering their questions and helping them feel confident in the new system.

Requirements:

· ACCA/CA/MBA/BS Accounting & Finance or Equivalent.

· Around 1 year of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/Dynamics D365 &Ax 2012.

· Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze customer requirements.

· Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, technical teams, and clients.

· Collaborative approach to working well with cross-functional teams and contributing to the solution design.

· Problem-solving mindset to identify gaps and propose suitable solutions.

· Customer-centric focus to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation.

· Adaptability to changing project requirements and willingness to learn new technologies.

· Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.

· Attention to detail to perform thorough gap analysis and ensure successful data migration.
