What you will work on
You will work within our Project Delivery teams to implement our UMAX solution at our customers. 
UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
As a Functional Consultant, you will…

• Look to understand how our customers work and what they need from our software, and then translate those needs into a functional specification for our technical teams. 
• Analyze, support, optimize and train our customers to ensure we deliver a software solution that they love and meets their goals.
• Manage customer expectations, participate in off- and onsite workshops and meetings with customers and follow-up on testing to guarantee the quality of the solution we are implementing.
• Collaborate as one with the project manager and service delivery consultants.
• Participate in project progress meetings and proactively identify risks.
• Apply your expertise to deliver high quality consulting services.
• Continuously develop and extend your knowledge of the Utility sector and share it with colleagues.

What you bring

• A master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• A high interest in IT.
• Strong analytical skills.
• An eagerness to learn about the utilities market.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A problem-solving mindset.
• The willingness to travel (approximately 40% of your time, with peaks up to 70% during certain periods of the implementation).
