Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Analyst who is product minded and turns ambiguity into clarity along with actionable roadmaps. You'll be the link that turns ideas into action. —analyzing data, mapping out intuitive workflows, and actively shaping how our platform evolves. If you naturally break down problems and map out a plan before diving into any problem statement — we'd like to have a talk with you. 

• Analyse how users move through the product — their behavior patterns and conversion funnels — to uncover both opportunities and friction points. 
  

• Turn business requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements that product and development teams can act on.
  

• Conduct user research and translate qualitative insights into informed product decisions. 
  

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product owners to keep product vision and execution aligned. 
  

• Carry out in-depth tests to validate new features across multiple environments.
  

• Maintain and upkeep process documentation and the internal knowledge base.
  

• High-quality documentation that allows developers and designers to build features with minimal back-and-forth or rework.
  

• Test and validate new features across multiple environments - Staging, UAT, and
  

• Production.
  

• Conduct user research and translate qualitative insights into informed product decisions.
  

• Work closely with product team, designers, and developers to keep product vision and execution aligned.
  

• Keep process documentation and the internal knowledge base accurate.
  

• Ability to troubleshoot, deconstruct difficult workflows, and identify hidden trends within data.
  

• Familiarity with user-centered design, product development processes, and continuous development practices.
  

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to analyse complex challenges and translate insights into practical, effective
  

• solutions.
  

• Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and comparable tools. 
  

• Clear and effective communication skills.
  

• Strong organizational skills — balances multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  

           Bonus to have

• Familiarity with fintech, personal finance, or tax content.  
  

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini)
  

•  Prior involvement with A/B testing frameworks to directly validate and measure feature performance
