En tant qu'analyste fonctionnel ou fonctionnelle spécialisé(e) dans le domaine financier, vous contribuerez à l'évolution de notre plateforme Salesforce et de nos processus financiers. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes d'affaires et les équipes techniques afin de mettre en place des solutions concrètes et évolutives.
ResponsibilitiesVotre quotidien
Collaborer avec les équipes financières et d'affaires pour recueillir et documenter les exigences;
Traduire les besoins en récits utilisateurs, spécifications fonctionnelles et schémas de processus;
Configurer Salesforce (rapports, tableaux de bord, flux, personnalisations de base);
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus financiers (prévisions, facturation, suivi du pipeline);
Contribuer à la qualité des données, au reporting et au suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI);
Participer aux tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT), à la résolution des problèmes et aux déploiements;
Contribuer à l’optimisation continue et à l’adoption par les utilisateurs.
Les clés de votre réussite
2 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel / analyste métier Salesforce;
Bonne maîtrise des fonctionnalités principales de Salesforce (rapports, tableaux de bord, flux);
Connaissance des processus financiers ou opérationnels;
Capacité à travailler aussi bien avec les parties prenantes métier qu'avec les équipes techniques;
Solides compétences analytiques et de communication.
Vos atouts supplémentaires
Certification Salesforce (administrateur ou analyste d'affaires);
Expérience avec des systèmes ERP ou financiers;
Maîtrise des environnements Agile.

Skills Required
- 2 to 5 years experience as a functional analyst or Salesforce business analyst
- Strong knowledge of core Salesforce features (reports, dashboards, flows, basic customizations)
- Knowledge of financial or operational processes (forecasting, billing, pipeline tracking)
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- French: full professional proficiency
- Salesforce certification (Administrator or Business Analyst)
- Experience with ERP or financial systems
- Experience in Agile environments
