Are you ready to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Italy is seeking a talented Functional Analyst SAP FICO to join our Global Business Applications team. This is a unique opportunity to support global initiatives in the Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) area, working alongside colleagues around the world to drive technology and business excellence.
We are embarking on an exciting journey to migrate from ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA, so expertise in the new S/4HANA environment is essential. We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with a solid background in designing, optimizing, and integrating processes in Finance and Controlling on a global scale. Experience in “Account to Report”, “Procure to Pay,” and “Order to Cash” processes would be a strong plus.
Job Location:
Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently working in Borgaro Torinese (Turin).
What you will be doing:
- Play an important role in the configuration and enhancement of SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project System, Profit Center Accounting and Product Costing.
- Support SAP FI processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Invoicing (using SAP DRC).
- Knowledge of Concur and Kofax (=AP automation from Tungsten) would be beneficial.
- Support the implementation and optimization of S/4HANA functionalities in Finance & Controlling. A S/4 HANA project is due to come, so your experience is highly welcome.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration or IT.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO project & user support, with a strong emphasis on Controlling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in CO-related functionalities.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, cost structures, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, is a must, as you will work in global team, additional languages are a plus.
