BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Technical Lead with expertise in .Net and Angular. As a Fullstack Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in leading and guiding a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze software requirements
- Design and develop scalable and robust software applications using .Net and Angular
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience in .Net framework, C#, and Angular
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Solid experience in database design and SQL queries
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
